Due to small teacher-to-student ratio, enrollment is limited.

REGISTRATION, ENROLLMENT, AND ADMISSION
Children are enrolled on a first come basis according to availability of space in the age appropriate class with advanced priority being given to children of West End Church of Christ members and currently enrolled students. Registration for each new school year begins:
January 1st-West End Church Members
January 15th- Currently enrolled students
February 1st- Open to the General Public

TUITION FEES FOR 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR ARE AS FOLLOWS:

REGISTRATION:
*Non-refundable Registration fee of $80.00 and a $65.00 activitiy fee are due at time of registration.
*A one month tuition deposit is due by May 1st; This deposit is applied to the May tuition of the coming school year.
*After May 1st, all fees are due upon registration. The registration fee, activity fee, and the tuition deposit are nonrefundable.
At least one parent must visit the school and all enrollment forms including medical forms must be completed before child enters school. Parents are responsible for updating these forms whenever the child receives immunizations.

TUITION
Upon registration a place is reserved for your child for the entire school year. Tuition is for a nine month school year beginning in August. Your financial obligation is for the entire year. Tuition may be paid in full, by the semester, or in nine equal installments. The tuition deposit made upon enrollment is applied to May’s tuition installment. Therefore, the last installment due will be April 1st.

3 and 4 year old Tuesday/Thursday. $154.00 per month or $1,386 per school year
3 and 4 year old Monday/Wednesday/Friday. $184.00 per month or $1,656 per school year
3 year old Monday through Friday. $224.00 per month or $2,016 per school year
Pre-K 4 Monday through Friday. $224 per month or $2,016 per school year
Kindergarten: $244.00 per month or $2,196 per school year.

Tuition checks should be made payable to West End Kindergarten. No refund will be made for illness, weather, or any other reason. All tuition payments are due on or before the 1st of every month. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged to the amount due if payment is not in school by the 6th of every month. Any returned checks will result in a fee of $50.00 per check by WEK.

EARLY AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE FEES:
$4.00 per hour paid on a monthly basis. Early care fees are added to the daycare fees. A late fee of $35.00 is added to your day care bill if not paid on time. After school care bills will be sent home on the first day of the month, and are due the next day your child attends. After school care fees must be paid separately from tuition.
